What should I do if my package is lost?

Once your package leaves our Snack Attack facility, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. Any issues or delays beyond our control should be addressed by contacting the relevant shipping service for updates.

Feel free to reach out to our support team if you have additional questions, and please inquire about idle packages within 30 days from the order date.

Similar to lost packages, once your package is dispatched from Snack Attack, the courier assumes liability. For any shipping errors or delays, contact the appropriate shipping service.

How can I track my Snack Attack order?

Upon shipping, an email with tracking information will be sent. Allow 4-5 business days for tracking updates.

Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing. If there’s a delay, our customer service team will provide additional information.

Snack Attack ships internationally. Check shipping rates and taxes based on your order for geographical specifics.

By placing an order, you authorize us to ship to your address outside the United States & Canada. Be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply, determined by your local customs authority. Payment for the customs has to be made by the purchaser if necessary to release your order from customs.
